No-nail Packaging Boxes

We manufacture and supply collapsible packaging boxes for battery industry since 1998 after we got the lisence for dangerous material Packaging. 

The size range of the battery packaging boxes we can manufacture: 
-Maximum size: 
1500 x 800 x 420mm (metric dimensions) 
106" x 71" x 71" (imperial dimensions) 
-Minimum size: 
200 x 180 x 90mm (metric dimensions) 
15 7/10" x 7 9/10" x 3 9/10" (metric dimensions) 

Plywood Option: 
Material: Poplar plywood; Birch face and poplar core 
Color: Plywood natural color; Or white, green, red and black available. 
Thickness: 5mm ~ 7mm 

Other options: 
- Holes making available for facilitating handling work. 
- Strap carrying available for easy and safe to handle, which can withstand weights of more than 100kg each. 
- Latch, used on smaller boxes or for lids, is designed to assemble or remove the locking device, and it could be reused.
